Resetting test numbers (VTAGZ)
To test your flow multiple times with the same phone number:
- Go to your VTAGZ campaign dashboard
- Navigate to the Test tab
- Enter the phone number you want to reset
- Enable Only remove number from campaign
- This allows the number to sign up again via landing page
Removing from Klaviyo lists
If your SMS flow uses Joined List as a trigger:
- Go to your Klaviyo dashboard
- Find the relevant list
- Manually remove the test phone number from the list
- This allows the user to trigger the flow again
Note: Both VTAGZ and Klaviyo cleanup may be necessary depending on your flow setup.
