Resetting test numbers (VTAGZ)

To test your flow multiple times with the same phone number:

  1. Go to your VTAGZ campaign dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Test tab
  3. Enter the phone number you want to reset
  4. Enable Only remove number from campaign
  5. This allows the number to sign up again via landing page

Removing from Klaviyo lists

If your SMS flow uses Joined List as a trigger:

  1. Go to your Klaviyo dashboard
  2. Find the relevant list
  3. Manually remove the test phone number from the list
  4. This allows the user to trigger the flow again

Note: Both VTAGZ and Klaviyo cleanup may be necessary depending on your flow setup.
