Landing page setup​

When users sign up through your landing page, VTAGZ automatically adds them to Klaviyo and sends an Offer Claimed event.

For landing page only campaigns:

  • Use the Offer Claimed event as your main SMS flow trigger
  • No additional list setup required

For mixed campaigns (landing page + text to join):

  • Create a dedicated flow triggered by Offer Claimed
  • Set this flow to add users to your campaign list
  • Use Joined List as the trigger for your main SMS flow

Text to join setup​

Text to join requires additional setup in Klaviyo to handle incoming SMS keywords:

List creation:

  1. Create a new List in Klaviyo specifically for text-to-join subscribers
  2. Name it clearly (e.g., "Campaign Name - Text to Join")

Keyword setup:

  1. Go to Settings → SMS → Keyword Responses
  2. Click Add keyword
  3. Configure your keyword:
    • Set your chosen keyword (e.g., "REBATE")
    • Select the list you created above
    • Choose single or double opt-in (we recommend double opt-in)

Flow trigger:

  • Use Joined List as the trigger for your SMS flow
  • Filter for the specific list you created
