Receipt received confirmation​

Set up a one-time flow to confirm receipt submission:

Flow setup:

  1. Create a new flow in Klaviyo
  2. Trigger: Your metrics → API → Receipt Received
  3. Add SMS action with confirmation message

Example message: "We've received your receipt! Allow 2 business days to process."

Receipt paid notification​

Create a flow to notify users when their rebate is processed:

Flow setup:

  1. Create a new flow in Klaviyo
  2. Trigger: Your metrics → API → Receipt Paid
  3. Add SMS action confirming payout

Example message: "Great news! Your rebate has been sent to your Venmo/PayPal account and should appear soon."

Optional: Referral follow-up​

If running referral campaigns, add a second SMS after the payout message:

Message content should include:

  • Explanation of the referral program
  • Clear instructions on what users need to do
  • What they'll receive for successful referrals
